This is a really cool monster! It's looking pretty good but it has some problems: One, its move speed seems a little slow and unguided (perhaps just a quirk of vanilla doom?) and second, its melee attack is way too fast, barely having a refractory period, which looks very jarring given its relatively low move speed.
I've never played the game this enemy game from (to the best of my knowledge) so if this meant to mimic that behavior I guess it isn't bad. But I personally preferred this enemy when I set the tics in its melee animation to 4 and its base speed to 12. With a FastSpeed of 14.
