I haven't checked the behavior yet, but if the preview images are any indication, the sprite edit won't pass muster. That's a pretty harsh recolor.

EDIT: After testing, yeah, I have to say, the sprite edit is not really very good. But the behavior is fun, though. And although it's powerful, it's actually a bit less ammo-efficient on single targets than the Chaingun, although it does kill them faster. So it's not necessarily a game-breaker, despite being potent. It really needs better sprites, though, and maybe some custom ammo. I just feel like sharing ammo with regular bullet guns feels strange, due to the unique behavior. That's probably a matter of personal opinion, though.

Side note; the .zip file (the attachment) doesn't seem to work when loaded as-is. The .pk3 file within needs to be extracted first before it will work. Since a .pk3 file is functionally equivalent to a .zip file, the .pk3 file doesn't need to be nested within a .zip file.

I agree on both points. So the question is, is there a chance it'd get better sprites? I'd dislike seeing this rejected, since I see some effort put into the behavior to make the weapon interesting and fun to use.
