Idea Base: A weapon with a large AOE affect that slowly drains monster's health over time
Description: Evil spreads far and wide, from the scorching sands in the east to the frozen lands of the north. Though the frozen lands are harsh enough to stop most creatures, some are resilient enough to endure the frozen wastes. To combat these evils the frost mages developed a new magic that infuses holy energies into the snow that naturally falls from the sky. Though not terribly strong this Holy Snow slowly drains the health of evil creatures. Calling upon the holy energies requires reciting the spell, 'Sanctus Nix, conjectus auferetur malum!'
Starting from where this left off, I added a quiet wind whooshy sound to the primary attack now and there are a few notes in the code that states the weapon has many spawning things and that if desired they may remove the GLDEFS if it causes issues to help with the issue. Same for forcing the user to stop while casting the AOE attack.

Did another round of testing on this:
- Alt/spell attack: When the snow particles hit something damageable, like a monster, they don't vanish upon impact, and instead, they remain at their position in the air before fading out.
- The primary attack's sound is barely audible, I find.
- The WIND_S sound seems unused. You might want to remove it in that case.

Really cool weapon, but I have my doubts about the altfire, I think it should last quicker, like 2/3 its actual duration, and deal a little more damage. It took me 5 to 6 mana to kill a single Ettin, but 2 snow spells to kill the Ettins up here:
Maybe it works better on bigger monsters, or different areas?

Updated.
The altfire now lasts for a shorter amount of time and the snow's damage has been raised slightly. While this still might not kill an Ettin in a single spell the altfire is not really meant to kill enemies outright. More meant to chip away at a large group's health pools over a period of time. The larger and more crowded areas (and larger enemies) are where the altfire comes in handy more than against single targets. (I test on map 11 mostly for this weapon) I didn't want it to be too overpowered though and since snow is a soft and fluffy thing it didn't make much sense to have it primarily be a move that dealt the final killing blow. That's where the primary comes in since it's a more focused blast of many soft fluffy things instead of one gently falling to the earth. While still a bit weak, blessed or not it's still snow and I feel it should still act like snow.
