You could try cropping and recoloring the Nosferati's hands; they're basically retouched, more-detailed versions of the Disciple's hands, which is probably what you're looking for.

Update:

-GLDefs added.
-Skin changed to brown, because making the red one work on software was a pain in the ass.
-Health slightly increased.
-Improved sprites.
