This is a cool concept for a monster, but there are too many issues with this:
  • The sprites were based on the Archvile, but it only has 3 frames of movement instead of 6, because it's missing 3 more rotations per frame and those sprites get flipped ingame, like this:

That's what gives the Archvile a fluid walking animation, compare it with the Vulcan:

And I'm afraid just flipping the sprites won't work, just like with the Brute and Bruiser
  • The sprites look unfinished, they need more work like the shading of the bones, check this frame for example:

The pelvis looks well shaded, but then you look at the left hand and notice the lack of polish. The fire looks pretty lackluster as well, if you want examples of fire shading. check the Bruiser Demon , the Fallen , or the  Pyro Demon (or even the Lost Soul) for examples. The death animation also looks like it would need 2 or 3 more frames in between, and check the offsets align between frames.
  • All actors need to be on a single DECORATE lump, not separated.
  • The projectile lacks frames, so it looks invisible. Also it doesn't need an editor number, no projectile ever needs it.
  • It needs better sounds, the vanilla Revenant mixed with that sound from Vectorman don't mix well. If you need new sounds, you could check the Sounds Resource or somewhere else for cool sounds. Or make your own if you want.
  • Needs GLDEFS, considering this is a flaming monster.
  • Check the spelling on the INFO, it says it is called "Vulcen"

I'd really like to see this monster properly finished, so good luck with it.

that will be alot of work, i will consider doing like an HD rendition of my monster with more frames done and more detail to bones/fire. it will take a while though
