So that means you DO have a test map. Please include it so ther people can test them properly.

The test map needs to be a separate wad from your submission. Also don't add other stuff like the Cloud Spawner, only use the actors you're submitting.
If you want to showcase how they look in dark areas, use switches, when I pressed a random building and suddenly everything went dark I didn't know what was going on, and the purpose of test maps is to show the modders how to use your stuff without confusing them.
Also I noticed that when the buildings collapse, they go full bright for a couple of frames.

The cloud spawner in my pk3 is a modified version to get it to work with my models. Should I just remove it?

The full bright frames are intentional. Shows the building collapsing even in dark areas.

Please remove it, only include the actor you're going to submit, otherwise it gets confusing for modders.
The full brightness looks very out of place, if you want people to notice the falling buildings, maybe you should include a sound.

The DOCUMENT file refers to copying status bar code from a Common.zs file when making custom status bar mods, but that file doesn't exist. The status bar code to copy is in other.zs, so you should update the DOCUMENT file to reflect that change.

Also it may be because I didn't look too deeply into the code, but do the custom arguments actually do anything ? I checked the code and also playtested them, and they don't seem to change anything about how the buildings behave.

Also the buildings are far too weak in my opinion, giving them only 200 health is far too little, it doesn't make sense to have buildings much larger than the player have only about as much health as a Pinky. I'd make more sense for their base heath to be around 1500-2000 so they can tank a few rockets, and to also give different amounts of health to each building, like giving Building 8 only around 800 HP since it's smaller than the rest of the buildings.



Also on the subject of size, IMO the buildings are a bit too small to be buildings, as also shown in the screenshot above, so I think I'd be better to make them 1.5-2.5x larger, though that's not as important as simply making them not be so fragile for their size.

And another thing, it would probably be better to add some sound to the buildings when they collapse, both existing sounds like the vanilla explosion sound or ZDoom's earthquake sound (Which is already made when the buildings call A_QuakeEx.), but also some custom sounds of stuff breaking and the buildings collapsing.
