You should convert all of the truecolor/32 bit PNG sprites to 8 bit paletted PNGs
and then optimize them to further decrease their filesize.
By doing that I was able to get their file size down from 517 KB to 153 KB, if you don't know how to convert them to paletted PNGs through SLADE, select them all, including that one Doom format pickup sprite, and on the right, click the "Convert Gfx to" button, and convert them all to "PNG (Paletted)".
Also you should indent the DECORATE code properly, instead of indenting it with the normal spacebar in SLADE, you should indent it with the TAB key, like this:
Also like Gothic said, the sprites look pretty unpolished, and the grenade altfire should have a sound included instead of just being a clicking sound.

This is why you should post for every update, no matter how small or if you already posted.
The sprites remain the main problem, the shading is pretty bad.
