I hate to agree with the majority, but I feel a full redo on the graphic along with functionality would be beneficial. 

Given you've obviously spent some time on this, which is admirable. Perhaps do a change up to something more unique. 

Weapons should be something exciting to obtain and this does have a LOT of resemblance to the previous magnum. Give it some more thought in design. I've seen Blade runner. His side arm has a bit more character. Any chance of designing it closer to the concept?

It's a big ask. But trust me. Definitely worth it.
