I appreciate the though of making weapons out of toys (The Way id Did), but the sprites need a lot of work, just downscaling screenshots won't be enough.
You need to give your weapon custom pickup and obituary messages, right now it's using the chaingun ones.
Since it deals more damage than a rocket, it should use more ammo, or have a different kind of ammunition.
Also, you should consider giving it a different name. GodKiller doesn't fit it in my opinion.

Since it's using photos from a toy you own, have you considered making it a centered weapon instead?

I actually agree on this one.

A centred sprite would be more functional and practical. I'm not sure what the author is doing with this but it's probably safe to move this to the submission archive given it's time period.

Honestly, I don't like this weapon very much. Sure, it's a very powerful weapon, but it doesn't work in vanilla play as it overpowers everything else. I feel like this would work better as a fast firerate, low damage pre bullet weapon. Another thing that I noticed is that the gun turns 180 degrees for each shot, wasting a lot of barrels. ALSO the barrel jitters in between frames. The pickup sprite is VERY good though.
