I like this so far. I have a couple points.
  • The Hitodama doesn't die when it is shot. Is this intended?
  • The active sound I feel lasts too long and could get very annoying when there are multiple in an area. It could be shortened and split up to make a few shorter active sounds that it can cycle through.
  • [/li]The sounds are quite loud in general and could be lowered by a tad I think.[/li]

1. Yes.

2. That's the shortest sound out of the 4 screams used in On A Rail (aside from the Pain sound), and it can't really be split into multiple chunks without sounding like ass.

Shouldn't they be fullbright (and have dynamic lights while you're at it)? Also the info is wrong, you need to list the summon names correctly (HitoBlue, HitoOrange, HitoRed)

This is my opinion, but I think you should make it non solid and not shootable, since it's just an ethereal thing.

I really wish I could change my user name lol

Aside from that, I would second Gothic's suggestion to make them non solid to not block the player's movement/shots. Otherwise, if you'd like to keep them shootable, I'd suggest to make them have a death state or include them moving away from the player when shot in their pain state so the blocking issue is not as prevalent.
