[SUBMISSION] Flasher

Description: The Flasher is an experimental weapon designed by the UAC to convert plasma cells into a devastating flamethrower-type weapon. In practice, the Flasher throws 3 large fireballs that explode on impact, making it a highly effective crowd control weapon but somewhat unwieldy in tight quarters. It is perfect for midrange opponents.

Very nice, I like the sprites, I like the concept, very well done, in my opinion, I think it needs a very tiny buff in damage, make it do 25 damage instead of 20, just so it's a little higher

Great weapon, but I feel like it should use 10 cells per shot instead of 5, which is still more ammo efficient than the plasma rifle.
Also, please add the name(s) of the freesound user(s) that made the sounds.

noted and appended. updated it to take 10 cells per shot and wrote additional credits for the specific freesound users in question. had not previously included credits as all audio used to produce these sounds are classified as CC0, which does not explicitly require credit under the law.
