Your credits may be incorrect - I created the sprite edit for the Forgotten One that the Chiller Soul is based upon, however I am credited for being part of the Frost Elemental sprites instead.

They both have a custom Bloodtype "Blue" assigned, but it's not defined. Didn't you meant Bloodcolor instead?
