Hmm. How do I change the height of the projectile? I agree that a mancubus fireball would likely look better and I think I will try that.

A_SpawnProjectile has a spawnheight parameter which is 32 by default. That value works for most monsters since their height is often between 56 and 64 pixels but in your case it's too low. Since your sprite's height is about 200 pixels, try a spawnheight value of ~100, I think that should look alright.

Remember to add Mass to your monsters, so they don't get pushed around after getting attacked. For example, the Cyberdemon's mass is 1000.

Overall, this is a pretty underwhelming monster for such a towering demon. There have been more interesting monsters here for half the size like the Annihilator, Moloch or War. This ends being basically a bigger and more basic version of the Super Demon, and even he has more attacks.
It's an ok concept, but the sprites aren't very good, as everyone said earlier.
