Description: Textures by B.P.R.D, author of Equinox, Grove, The Mucus Flow, and the Nuts trilogy.

The text files for CC2 and Equinox state that they do not allow the contents of their files as a base for modification or reuse. Grove doesn't specify, but that alone would make for a pretty lackluster pack.
Did you get permission from BPRD to make this?

I don't even know if B.P.R.D. is still active, so no. I believe the "You may NOT" refers to the maps themselves, since it only appears on big banner releases (like Equinox and Nuts 3). Even so, it stopped appearing after Nuts 2 and 3 in 2003 and is absent on everything afterward (Run darn you RUN, JarJar's Last Pineapple Fritter, Boring Doom, Awaken, Impo) except CC2, a community project that doesn't reflect the ideals of any one mapper. TL;DR I don't think he'd mind his 20-year-old textures being reuploaded.

Sorry, but I'll have to reject this one. If people want to use stuff from BPRD's wads then I can't stop them, but I'm not gonna approve a resource pack with his stuff if it's not clear if he approves its distribution.
