[Update] Skulltag Minigun was created by Salahmander
Hiya, just a smallish update, differences are mainly that the WAD has been converted to PK3. Sounds converted to OGG, sprites converted to PNG Paletted and changed the offsets of the minigun very slightly so it's centered. And added a bulletchip decal.
