This monster looks awesome but it's basically just a Cacodemon reskin, so it's a bit boring to fight tbh. Maybe add some custom attack patterns like the BruiserAfrit has? That one was great and the best monster out of the ones I tried so far. This one could be great too
Also the file throws a small error on startup
edit: thinking of it, I remembered the new fire sprites from Legacy of Rust. I think those would fit perfectly for this monster. Make it spawn a fire wherever the projectile hits, creating environmental hazards for the player to dodge. But I guess you'd have to wait a bit to do that, until the admins or mods allow the use of id1.wad assets. Or take the Archvile fire as a placeholder.

Also the file throws a small error on startup
Code:
Script error, "Infernal.pk3:gldefs.txt" line 1:
Warning: dynamic lights attached to non-existent actor InfernalBall

Also, I said that it's intended to update the Inferno sprites because this and the Inferno on 667 work the same.

I'm not gonna miss the old Inferno.
The fireball is lacking the trail it had in the old version.

Updated
Some of the sprites had weird green pixels, so I had to reimport the sprites from Hell Forged. Check if the other HF submissions have this problem too.

It's funny it is still showing the Pain Elemental edit older version, is it an oversight?Updated

Try it now. If it's still showing the old image, clean up your cache.
