[EDIT]:
- Optimized through PNGOUT all sprites from 239kb to 123kb
- If you plan to add some brightmaps, tell me and I'll see if I can do some BW ones for her
As a suggestion, try to check Hexen Stalker's skin and Medusa's one inside the repository in order to get some clues to how to improve your creature.
I guess also tits needs to be resized and more game friendly IMHO.

I took a look at the projectiles:
1)
The poison shard - added green particles dripping from the projectile. I left projectile sprite the same (recolored frost shard)
2)
The petrifying shot was supposed to be a "point of green light" originally, Added a trail effect so it should look like a "ray of green light". Also, the sprites were not crossbow sprites, but recolored wendigo shot sprites (ICPR D-H)
I left the poison cloud attack as it was and lowered health of the creature to 500/700.
About the sprites of the monster: I worked with the sprites in this resolution, not thinking about the actual size in game, but i didn't want to lower it. Plus i don't feel like editing the sprites more, as I'm glad that I have finally completed the sprites (Creating sprites from scratch is quite hell.) and I personally like how it looks now. I originally created this monster for my heretic project, but i thought that i could share it.

My bad. Crossbow, ice shard, same thing, amirite? In all seriousness, though, the new particle effects may make a difference; I'll check out the revision and see what I think of it.jaeden7734 wrote: Also, the sprites were not crossbow sprites, but recolored wendigo shot sprites (ICPR D-H)
A little bit, yeah. I was actually reminded more of something from Arena or maybe Daggerfall (particularly the Medusa from Arena), since Bethesda wasn't exactly shy about topless nudity in their older games, for the most part. That sort of thing does remain a bit of a sticking point for some people, though bare breasts alone probably won't get a submission rejected (the Pyro Succubus got accepted, after all).ozymandias81 wrote: It looks like a sprite from In Pursuit of Greed...

I also think the newer sprites are more well suited (pun not intended) than the prior revision. I do miss the wavy "texture" of the snakeskin a bit, though; is it possible to work that back in?

About the attacks: The monster is supposed to be primarily poison-themed so it has poison attacks. The petrification attack is more like "magical" attack, so I gave it to the "more powerful" one (let's assume that leaders have magic power)
