[UPDATE] Adrenaline Kit was created by Blue Shadow

Updated submission: Adrenaline Kit

Changes:

The item was not put in the inventory upon pickup, even though it was meant to.
Adjusted the item's icon on the status bar.
Added an inventory tag.
Added a use sound.
Removed editor numbers from the individual powers (they are not meant to be placeable).
Fixed a grammatical error in the pickup message.
General DECORATE code cleanup.
Optimized the sprite.
