[UPDATE] Auto Shotgun was created by BadMojo
Update Description:

Added ability to use the reload key.

Changes:
-Added flag WRF_ALLOWRELOAD to A_WeaponReady state to make use of the reload key
-Created Reload state and moved all reloading code into it
