Alright, I took this for a test drive; and, here's my feedback:

*The art style doesn't really work for this site's purposes. It's got a kind of pen-and-ink look to it that doesn't mesh with the standard Doom aesthetic. Although we do have some items that don't fall strictly within the exact same look as Doom, most of what we have is designed to fit at least reasonably well with existing Doom assets. Mind you, the art style isn't bad; it just doesn't really fit with the other weapons. It seems like it belongs in a cartoony, Action Doom-style mod.

*That said, the perspective on the receiver isn't quite right, even for a pen-and-ink depiction. The contour on the top of the receiver should narrow towards the front/top of the sprite due to the perspective. (If you're not sure what I mean, I can probably whip up an example.) I do like that you sprited out the recoil and hammer movement, though; that is a nice touch.

*The power level is MUCH too high. I realize the DE is strong for a handgun, but it's not THAT strong; 40 - 120 is totally unrealistic for a hitscan pistol. We're talking about a weapon that should, relative to other weapons, only do maybe 8 - 24 points a shot.

*The A_Refire doesn't do anything, since it has a duration of 0 tics. You have a note to remove it "for semi-auto", but that won't have any effect. You should instead have a non-zero value for the duration, if you want the "hold" rate-of-fire to be faster than "single taps".

The sprite definitely has some potential I think..

Heres 5 minutes worth of bringing it back into reality:

(feel free to use that if you want :))

That's much closer, in my opinion, though it'll need to be properly downsampled; and, the lack of shadow on the hand (on both versions) would also need to be addressed. The foresight would also need to be added back in, but that shouldn't be hard.
