The SHT3A0 sprite looks a bit off to me; I think part of it is that the gloss on the top of the barrel needs to taper a bit more towards the bottom (which is to say, it needs to get a bit wider towards the bottom). The reload frames are well-edited.

The pickup is using the Super Shotgun's sprite SGN2. The pickup sprite you have linked to in the preview isn't in the submission at all. It does look nice from what I can see.

The sound doesn't play until after the pellets have been fired. Just switch lines 27 and 28 around, and you should be OK.

Oh! And it also needs decals for its pellet impacts. Give it Decal "BulletChip" for that.

Pretty solid overall.

this is actually a pretty good weapon.
and to be honest, kinda reminds me of knee deep in z-doom's grenade launcher.

It doesn't need a visible hand. The single barrel's base, the super shotgun, didn't have a visibal hand and also possessed about 10 out of sight pixels making up a hand.

the hand needs to be more visible though, otherwise it looks like the weapon isn't being carried.
if you want to paste a hand on there, go to your art program and copy the hands of the shotgun.
