Just gave this a shot. Here's my feedback so far:
It's a neat little thing overall. Punchy and tough without being overly sophisticated. I'm not sure if the cross theme really benefits the monster, but I guess that's up to personal preference.
- The overall appearance isn't bad, but I think the red feels a bit too saturated, especially with the skin being unsaturated. Opinions may vary on that, though.
- The projectile attack is a bit too spammy, especially with his "MISSILEEVENMORE" flag allowing him to repeat his attack frequently. The individual projectiles pack a decent punch, so he doesn't need to fire too many of them.
- The projectiles tend to clump up a bit. I'd suggest either increasing the spread, or setting min/max random values on each so they are less likely to overlap.
- His "SeeSound" doesn't play, since there's a typo in SNDINFO where the filename is misspelled compared to the actual sound file's name.

This has an interesting design. I actually like the colors on this monster, but I'm a sucker for black and red being mixed together like this.
I agree with MagicWazard about the other points. Since the projectiles spawned mostly on top of each other, I didn't realize it was shooting multiple balls at first. Increasing the spread may also help reduce how much damage it's dealing all at once.

It's too powerful attack-wise. It makes short work of other monsters, even the Baron of Hell with its 1000 hit points is destroyed in seconds. This is a cacodemon-based monster. It shouldn't be that powerful.
