You can't see the Decorate because it's been written in ZSCRIPT. You could try to incorporate ZSCRIPT into your project or...you can attempt to rewrite the actor in Decorate (Hard).

Thanks for response. I'm not familiar with ZScripts, it seem more complex. I tried to use the Venor monster and discovered the same issue. I'll just have to pass for now from using those types of WADs until I can educate my self how to use them.

Hello, SkeletonLegs and Venor maker here.
I converted the ZSCRIPT for the skeleton legs into DECORATE, luckily the code for this guy is pretty straight forward and simple, so it didn't require anything and here's the link
Just replace the ZSCRIPT lump with this (adjust the editor number if you need to) and you're good to go!
Though, I cannot really do that for Venor, because it uses quite advanced stuff and I don't even know if it can be completely "translated" into DECORATE
