I have a bunch of the strife weapons remade with doom hands, and I'd like to know if it's okay to do that for armory submissions.

Please do! I've seen some crossovers from other games. Including the Duke Nukem Shotgun, Quake 4 Arsenal and even the jazz Jackrabbit blaster!
