For those of you who have used it on the old forums, did you find it useful? Would you guys like to see the shoutbox make a return to the forums?

Well, I didnt use it very much but it was useful if you wanted to say something without creating an useless thread.

... I rather liked it, personally. Wouldn't mind seeing it brought back, as long as it doesn't cause problems.
