I'm not a professional artist, but to me they don't look good, I'm afraid. They look like they have just been painted on with red.

I have painted it with red to make the wall monster liik like more bloody and gory.It was meant to be The Satan that eats many mortals and their blood to be splattered around the systems and to leak from his mouth and the eyes to be red to look like a really bloodthirsty machine for gore. Can you give me ideas of how to improve it?

Blending and compositing are very important for this kind of thing. With proper blending, you maintain some of the details of the background image, but you also gain the details and color saturation of the foreground. This can be difficult to do by hand, but made much easier if your paint program supports layers and layer blending. I don't know what you are using for your paint program, but if you don't have GIMP, I suggest you download it (it's free). GIMP supports layers, which allows for more proper blending options. It can really make a difference!
Here's a really quick example of the same image twice, but with a difference in blending mode applied to the blood overlay.
Full disclosure: I use (an old copy of) Photoshop, not GIMP, and I'm not too familiar with GIMP firsthand. I'm not sure if it has the exact same blending mode ("soft light") I happened to use here. I know it can pull off similar kinds of effects, though, and different blending modes can achieve similar effects by using different colors.
