Is there a way to upload maps or other content-based mods and how to publish in this site,make thread for them to keep them update?

No. But you have other choices .

Those sites see more user activity than here, which means that your mod gets more attention.

Thanks,Blue Shadow,when i release my first mod i will send you link and screenies.If you want try it.It is not much than custom music,unfinished weapons and 1 new monster
