Ranger Assault Rifle

I made a new gun called the Ranger Assault Rifle! It's a burst rifle that is 100% accurate on the first shot, but the other 2 act as a sort of smg. It's essentially a gun for all of your demon destroying needs!

RangerRifleDemo.wad is for those who just want to load it up and play.

Credit: I used Fortnite's Assault Rifle as the gunshot sound, and I [strike]stole[/strike] borrowed the ground sprite from the first result of "assault rifle zdoom sprites" on Google Images.

i'm thinking of making another version that's full auto, but with a slower fire rate, in case burst rifles aren't really for Doom.

I disagree. I've got alt fires for my colt and lever action which are scripted out for burst.

Add a alt fire scope option and you're got yourself a great gun for ranged engagements!

Info and Credits need to be included inside the file and in the OP, and please use the Submission Template properly, providing full credits. Your file needs to be in pk3 format using a directory structure.

The weapon doesn't use ammo, because you need to add the FBF_USEAMMO flag to the firing function.
You could use a better pickup sprite, the current one looks too basic.

Bumping to ask where exactly did you get the sprites, because my results with Google didn't show up those sprites.
